The service includes inspection and cleaning of the Cassette AC blower and related accessible components.
Service/visit charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
Blower cleaning will be performed using suitable cleaning methods based on the condition of the AC unit.
Deep cleaning of the evaporator coil, filters, drain tray, and drain line is not included unless specifically mentioned in the service.
Any damaged blower, blower motor, bearing, PCB, capacitor, or other defective component will be repaired or replaced at an additional cost.
Spare parts and materials required for repair or replacement will be charged separately.
Electrical faults, wiring issues, sensor problems, and other unrelated faults are not included in the blower service charges.
False-ceiling opening/closing, civil work, painting, scaffolding, lifting equipment, or additional manpower will be charged separately if required.
The customer must provide safe and proper access to the Cassette AC indoor unit.
Existing cracks, damage, corrosion, or weakness in the blower or other components may be identified during cleaning; repair or replacement will be chargeable.
The final charges may vary depending on the condition of the blower and site accessibility.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
