CASETTE AC DISMENTAL SERVICE

  • Cassette AC dismantling includes safe disconnection and removal of the existing indoor and outdoor units, as applicable.
  • The technician will inspect the installation and determine the dismantling procedure based on actual site conditions.
  • Electrical power must be switched off before dismantling work begins.
  • Accessible electrical, refrigerant piping, drain piping, and other AC connections will be disconnected as required.
  • Refrigerant recovery, if required, will be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
  • Ceiling opening modification, false-ceiling removal or repair, drilling, cutting, masonry, painting, or other civil work is not included.
  • Electrical work, wiring modification, cable removal, or other electrical alterations will be charged separately.
  • Transportation, shifting, loading, unloading, and delivery of the dismantled AC are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  • Reinstallation of the Cassette AC is not included in dismantling charges and will be billed separately.
  • Additional labour charges may apply if the AC is installed at a difficult height or requires scaffolding, special equipment, or additional manpower.
  • The customer must provide safe and clear access to the AC units and work area.
  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak ceiling structures, concealed wiring/piping, or defects in the existing installation.
  • Any damage or repair required due to improper previous installation or existing site conditions may attract additional charges.
  • Dismantled AC components will be handed over to the customer after completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Final charges may vary depending on the actual installation, accessibility, and site conditions.
  • Any additional parts, labour, civil work, electrical work, or other services will be carried out only with customer approval and charged separately.
  • Payment for additional work must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
