The technician will inspect the Cassette AC and identify the service or repair requirements.
Service/visit charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
Cleaning of filters, evaporator coil, condenser coil, blower, drain tray, and drain line will be charged as per the selected service.
Gas pressure checking, gas charging, refrigerant recovery, and leakage repair will be charged separately unless specifically included.
Any spare parts such as PCB, sensors, drain pump, fan motor, capacitor, compressor, or other components will be charged separately.
Electrical faults, wiring issues, voltage-related problems, and MCB tripping will be charged separately.
False-ceiling opening/closing, civil work, painting, drilling, scaffolding, or other site-related work is not included unless specifically mentioned.
Additional charges may apply for difficult-access locations, special tools, lifting equipment, or additional manpower.
Any replacement part will be installed only after customer approval.
The final service/repair cost may vary depending on the actual fault and site conditions.
The customer must provide safe and proper access to the Cassette AC indoor and outdoor units.
Cooling and operational performance will be checked after completion of the service, subject to the condition of the AC and electrical supply.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
