Installation charges cover the standard installation of the Cassette AC indoor and outdoor units as per the approved quotation.
The installation area must be ready, accessible, and suitable for mounting the Cassette AC indoor unit.
Existing copper piping, drain piping, electrical wiring, and insulation will be reused only if they are found to be suitable and in good condition.
New or additional copper piping, drain piping, wiring, insulation, brackets, supports, or other materials will be charged separately.
Ceiling cutting, false-ceiling modification, reinforcement, civil work, painting, and restoration work are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Gas charging, refrigerant top-up, leakage testing, or leakage repair will be charged separately if required.
Drain pump installation or replacement, if required, will be charged separately.
Electrical work, MCB installation, voltage correction, wiring modification, and other electrical requirements are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Scaffolding, ladder arrangements, lifting equipment, crane, special tools, or additional manpower required for difficult or high-access locations will be charged separately.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the indoor and outdoor units and ensure suitable electrical power supply.
Any concealed piping, wiring, structural obstruction, or unforeseen site condition requiring additional work may result in additional charges.
The final installation cost may vary depending on site conditions, piping length, ceiling height, accessibility, and additional work requirements.
Any additional work or material will be carried out only after customer approval.
Testing and commissioning will be performed after installation, subject to proper electrical supply and other required site conditions.
Installation/service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final invoice or installation document.
