The technician will inspect the Cassette AC to identify the cause of insufficient or no cooling.
Inspection/site visit charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
Gas pressure checking, leakage testing, gas charging, and refrigerant-related work will be charged separately.
If gas leakage is detected, leakage repair and required materials will be charged separately.
Filter, evaporator coil, condenser coil, blower, or other cleaning work will be charged separately unless specifically included in the service.
Electrical faults, PCB issues, sensor faults, capacitor problems, compressor faults, or other component failures will be charged separately.
Any spare parts or materials required for repair or replacement will be charged additionally.
If the issue is caused by low airflow, blocked filters, dirty coils, drain problems, or improper installation, the required corrective work will be charged separately.
The final repair cost will depend on the actual fault identified and site conditions.
Any part replacement will be carried out only after customer approval.
Additional charges may apply for difficult-access locations, special tools, equipment, or additional manpower.
The customer must provide safe and proper access to the Cassette AC indoor and outdoor units.
Cooling performance will be tested after the completed repair/service.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
