Inspection/site visit charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
Drain pipe blockage, drain tray cleaning, drain pump cleaning, filter cleaning, and other cleaning work will be charged separately unless specifically included in the service.
Electrical faults such as MCB tripping, wiring issues, PCB faults, sensor faults, or voltage-related problems will be charged separately.
Any required spare parts, including drain pump, PCB, sensor, wiring, or other components, will be charged separately.
If gas leakage, low refrigerant, coil icing, or airflow blockage is found to be causing water leakage, the required repair will be quoted separately.
False-ceiling opening/closing, civil work, painting, insulation work, or other related work is not included in the service charges.
Additional charges may apply for special tools, equipment, manpower, or difficult-access locations.
The final repair cost may vary depending on the actual fault and site condition.
Replacement of any part will be carried out only after customer approval.
The customer must provide safe and proper access to the indoor unit, drain system, electrical connections, and other required areas.
Any service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
