DUCT AC REINSTALLTION

Ductable AC reinstallation includes refitting the existing AC indoor and outdoor units at the same or a new suitable location after dismantling.
The installation area must be ready, accessible, and structurally suitable before the technician arrives.
Existing components and materials will be reused only if they are found to be in suitable working condition.
Reinstallation includes basic positioning, alignment, fitting, and connection of the AC units as applicable.
Existing ducting will be reused subject to its condition and suitability. Any new ducting, modification, extension, or replacement will be charged separately.
Additional copper/refrigerant piping, insulation, drain piping, electrical wiring, cables, and other materials required due to site conditions will be charged separately.
Refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, gas charging, leak testing, or refrigerant-related work will be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
Civil work, false-ceiling work, ceiling opening/repair, drilling, cutting, masonry, painting, or structural modifications are not included.
Electrical work, new power points, MCB installation, wiring modifications, or electrical accessories are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Transportation, shifting, loading, unloading, and delivery of the AC units are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Additional labour charges may apply for difficult access, excessive installation height, restricted working areas, special equipment, or additional manpower requirements.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the indoor unit, outdoor unit, ducting, and work area.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak structures, concealed wiring/piping, damaged ducting, or defects in the existing installation.
Any defective component identified during reinstallation will be informed to the customer, and repair or replacement will be charged separately.
Reinstallation does not guarantee resolution of pre-existing technical problems such as cooling issues, refrigerant leakage, electrical faults, compressor problems, or airflow issues.
Any additional parts, labour, ducting, electrical work, civil work, or repairs will be carried out only after customer approval.
Final charges may vary depending on the AC model, system condition, installation location, accessibility, ducting requirements, and actual site conditions.
After reinstallation, basic operational testing will be carried out to verify the system's functioning.
Payment for additional materials, parts, labour, or services must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
