The technician will inspect the Ductable AC system and identify the required service or repair work.
Service/visit charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
We will clean the filters, blower, evaporator coil, condenser coil, drain tray, and any accessible components, as selected in your service.
Gas pressure checking, gas charging, refrigerant recovery, and gas leakage repair will be charged separately unless specifically included.
Any spare parts, such as the blower motor, PCB, capacitor, sensors, compressor, contactor, or other components, will be charged separately.
Electrical faults, wiring issues, voltage problems, MCB tripping, and control-related faults are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Duct cleaning, duct modification, insulation replacement, diffuser/grille work, and air-balancing work will be charged separately.
False-ceiling opening/closing, civil work, painting, scaffolding, lifting equipment, or special access arrangements are not included in standard service charges.
Additional charges may apply for difficult-access locations, special tools, equipment, or additional manpower.
Any replacement part will be installed only after customer approval.
The final service or repair cost may vary depending on the actual fault, system condition, and site requirements.
The customer must provide safe and proper access to the indoor unit, outdoor unit, ducting, electrical panel, and other required areas.
Cooling and operational performance will be checked after completion of the service, subject to the condition of the AC system and electrical supply.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
