The installation service covers standard installation of the Ductable AC system as per the agreed scope of work.
Installation charges are applicable as per the approved quotation and site requirements.
The customer must provide a suitable and safe location for the indoor and outdoor units, along with adequate electrical power supply.
Existing ducting, copper piping, insulation, wiring, drain lines, and other materials will be used only if they are found to be suitable and in good condition.
New or additional copper piping, electrical cables, insulation, drain piping, ducting, supports, brackets, and other materials will be charged separately.
Duct fabrication, duct modification, insulation work, diffuser/grille installation, and air balancing will be charged as per the approved quotation.
Refrigerant charging, additional refrigerant, leakage testing, and leakage repair will be charged separately if required.
Electrical panel work, MCB installation, voltage-related work, and major electrical modifications are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Civil work, wall cutting, core cutting, false-ceiling work, painting, waterproofing, and structural modifications are not included in standard installation charges.
Scaffolding, crane, lifting equipment, special tools, or additional manpower required for difficult or high-access locations will be charged separately.
The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the installation area and ensuring that the site is ready before the scheduled installation.
Any concealed piping, wiring, structural obstruction, or site condition that requires additional work may result in additional charges.
The final installation cost may vary depending on actual site conditions, piping/duct length, installation height, and additional work requirements.
Any additional work will be carried out only after customer approval.
Testing and commissioning will be performed after completion of the installation, subject to availability of proper electrical supply and other required site conditions.
Service/installation warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned in the final invoice or installation document.
