DUCTABLE AC JET SERVICE

  • Ductable AC Jet Service includes cleaning of accessible AC components using suitable jet-cleaning methods to remove dust, dirt, and accumulated debris.
  • The service may include cleaning of filters, blower, accessible coil surfaces, drain tray, and other accessible components, depending on the AC installation.
  • The technician will inspect the AC before starting the service and determine the cleaning procedure based on site conditions.
  • The service is intended to improve airflow, cleanliness, and overall AC performance.
  • Extensive dismantling of the indoor unit, blower, motor, coil, or other components is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
  • Refrigerant/gas charging, leak repair, electrical repair, PCB repair, motor repair, compressor repair, and spare parts are not included in the jet service charges.
  • Any defective or damaged part requiring replacement will be charged separately as per the applicable quotation.
  • Ceiling opening, false-ceiling removal/repair, duct modification, insulation replacement, civil work, or painting is not included.
  • Additional labour charges may apply if the AC installation is difficult to access or requires additional manpower/equipment.
  • The customer must provide safe and clear access to the AC indoor unit, outdoor unit, duct area, and work location as required.
  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed wiring, concealed piping, weak ceiling structures, or defects in the existing installation.
  • Jet cleaning may not resolve problems caused by refrigerant shortage, electrical faults, defective motors, blocked ducts, compressor issues, or other mechanical faults.
  • Water drainage arrangements and protection of nearby customer property should be available at the site before service.
  • Any additional repair, parts, labour, or other work identified during the service will be carried out only after customer approval.
  • Final charges may vary depending on the AC condition, accessibility, installation type, and actual work required.
  • Payment for additional parts, labour, or repair work must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
