DUCTABLE AC NO COOLING

Terms & Conditions

1. Inspection & Diagnosis: The AC will be inspected to identify the reason for no cooling, such as gas leakage, compressor issues, airflow problems, electrical faults, or other component failures.
2. Service Charges: Site visit/inspection charges are applicable as agreed before the service. Any repair or replacement work will be charged separately.
3. Gas Charging: Refrigerant/gas charging, if required, is not included in the inspection charges and will be billed separately.
4. Spare Parts: Any defective spare parts requiring replacement will be charged separately after customer approval.
5. Repair Approval: No major repair or replacement will be carried out without customer confirmation of the estimated cost.
6. Cooling Performance: Cooling depends on the AC condition, room size, insulation, outdoor temperature, airflow, and refrigerant system. Exact cooling results cannot be guaranteed before diagnosis.
7. Leakage: If refrigerant leakage is detected, gas charging alone may not provide a permanent solution. Leakage repair will be quoted separately.
8. Warranty: Warranty, if applicable, will be provided only on the specific repair/service mentioned in the invoice and will not cover unrelated faults.
9. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the approved service or repair.
10. Customer Responsibility: The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the indoor and outdoor units, ducting, electrical connections, and other relevant equipment.
11. Additional Work: Any additional work found necessary during service will be informed to the customer and charged separately after approval.
12. Existing Faults: The service provider is not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage unrelated to the work performed.
