DUCTABLE AC WATER DRIPPING

The technician will inspect the ductable AC system to identify the cause of water leakage and/or electrical tripping.
Site visit and inspection charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
Cleaning of drain lines, drain tray, filters, coils, or other components will be charged separately unless specifically included in the service.
Electrical faults, MCB tripping, wiring issues, PCB faults, sensor problems, or voltage-related issues will be charged separately.
Any required spare parts, materials, insulation, drain pipe, drain pump, PCB, sensor, or electrical components will be charged additionally.
If gas leakage, low refrigerant, coil icing, or airflow blockage is found to be the cause of water leakage, the required repair will be quoted separately.
Ceiling damage, civil work, false-ceiling opening/closing, painting, or other related work is not included in the AC service charges.
The final repair cost may vary depending on the actual fault identified at the site.
Any replacement of parts will be carried out only after customer approval.
The customer must provide safe and accessible working conditions for the technician.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
