Refrigerant recovery, if required, will be carried out subject to the condition and accessibility of the AC system.
Any gas recovery, gas charging, or refrigerant-related work will be charged separately where applicable.
Electrical disconnection, copper pipe cutting, drain pipe removal, and other dismantling-related work may be charged separately depending on site conditions.
Any additional materials required for safe dismantling will be charged separately.
Civil work, wall/ceiling repair, plastering, painting, drilling, or other restoration work is not included.
Scaffolding, ladder, lifting equipment, crane, or additional manpower required due to difficult or high-access locations will be charged separately.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the AC units and ensure that the site is ready for dismantling.
The customer is responsible for arranging transportation and safe storage of the dismantled AC unless otherwise agreed.
The technician will take reasonable care during dismantling; however, damage to old, weak, corroded, or previously damaged components may occur due to their existing condition.
Any damage caused by concealed wiring, piping, structural weakness, or other hidden site conditions is not the responsibility of the service provider.
Final charges may vary depending on the actual site conditions and complexity of the dismantling work.
