SPLIT AC INSTALLATION

Terms & Conditions -
Installation Scope: Standard AC installation includes mounting the indoor and outdoor units, connecting the required piping, wiring, and drainage as applicable.
Installation Charges: Installation charges cover only the services mentioned in the agreed quotation. Any additional work or materials will be charged separately.
Additional Materials: Extra copper pipe, drain pipe, electrical cable, brackets, stands, insulation, drilling, or other accessories required beyond the standard installation will be charged separately.
Electrical Requirements: The customer must provide a suitable electrical connection, MCB, earthing, and power supply. Electrical modifications, if required, are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Wall Drilling & Mounting: Standard drilling is included where practical. Special drilling, concealed piping, core cutting, high-rise work, or difficult-access installation may incur additional charges.
Customer Responsibility: The customer must ensure safe and clear access to the installation location and provide necessary permissions where required.
Warranty: Warranty on the AC unit and major components is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Installation workmanship warranty, if provided, applies only to installation-related issues.
Existing AC Removal: Removal, shifting, or disposal of an existing AC is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Damage & Concealed Services: The service provider is not responsible for damage to concealed electrical wiring, plumbing, structural elements, or other hidden services during drilling or installation.
Payment: Payment must be made according to the agreed quotation or service terms. Additional work must be paid for separately.
Service Completion: Once installation and testing are completed, the customer should verify the AC operation and confirm satisfactory completion of the service.
Changes & Cancellation: Any changes or cancellation after materials or installation work has commenced may be subject to applicable charges.
