The technician will inspect the AC system to identify the cause of the cooling problem.
Inspection/site visit charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
Gas pressure checking, leakage testing, gas charging, and refrigerant-related work will be charged separately unless specifically included.
If gas leakage is detected, leakage repair and required materials will be charged separately.
Cleaning of filters, coils, blower, condenser, or other components will be charged separately unless included in the selected service.
Electrical faults, PCB issues, sensor faults, compressor problems, capacitor issues, or other component failures will be charged separately.
Any spare parts or materials required for repair will be charged additionally.
The final repair cost will depend on the actual fault identified during inspection and site conditions.
Any part replacement will be carried out only after customer approval.
Additional charges may apply for difficult-access locations, special tools, equipment, or additional manpower.
The customer must provide safe and proper access to the indoor and outdoor units for inspection and repair.
No guarantee of cooling performance can be provided until the identified fault has been properly repaired and the AC has been tested.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
