The technician will inspect the AC to identify the cause of the problem.
Service/visit charges are applicable as per the agreed service rate.
Any spare parts, components, or materials required for repair will be charged separately.
Gas charging, gas leakage repair, electrical work, PCB repair/replacement, compressor work, or other major repairs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
The final repair cost will depend on the actual fault identified during inspection.
Any replacement parts will be installed only after customer approval.
Additional charges may apply if further faults are found during the repair process.
The customer is responsible for providing proper electrical power supply and access to the AC unit.
No guarantee will be provided for unrelated or pre-existing faults unless specifically mentioned on the service invoice.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
