TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AC reinstallation charges cover the standard installation of the AC at the new or existing location.
The service includes installation of the indoor and outdoor units, subject to site accessibility and installation conditions.
Existing copper pipes, drain pipes, wiring, and insulation will be reused only if they are found to be suitable and in good condition.
Any additional or replacement copper piping, drain piping, wiring, insulation, brackets, or other materials will be charged separately.
Gas charging or refrigerant top-up, if required, will be charged separately.
Proper vacuuming of the refrigerant line will be carried out where applicable before commissioning the AC.
Wall drilling, core cutting, civil work, false-ceiling work, painting, or wall restoration is not included unless specifically mentioned.
Outdoor unit brackets or stands, if required, will be charged separately.
Scaffolding, crane, lifting equipment, special tools, or additional manpower required for difficult or high-access locations will be charged separately.
Any leakage, damaged piping, faulty wiring, or defective AC components found during reinstallation will be informed to the customer and repaired at additional cost.
The customer must provide suitable electrical power and safe access to the installation area.
The final charges may vary depending on piping length, installation height, site conditions, and additional work requirements.
Service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned on the final service invoice.
