Tower AC Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Inspection & Diagnosis: The AC will be inspected by our technician to identify the reported issue and required service.
2. Service Charges: Charges apply according to the selected Tower AC service. Any additional repair or replacement work will be charged separately after customer approval.
3. Spare Parts: Replacement of defective parts, electrical components, motors, sensors, PCBs, or other parts is not included unless specifically mentioned.
4. Gas/Refrigerant: Gas charging or refrigerant-related work is not included in standard servicing and will be charged separately if required.
5. Customer Approval: No additional repair or replacement work will be carried out without customer approval.
6. Access & Safety: The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the AC unit and required electrical connections.
7. Existing Faults: The service provider is not responsible for faults or damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or external factors.
8. Service Warranty: Any applicable service warranty covers only the specific work performed and does not cover unrelated or newly developed faults.
9. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
10. Service Limitations: Cleaning or servicing does not guarantee resolution of faults caused by defective components or major technical issues.
11. Cancellation: If the technician has already visited the location, applicable inspection/site-visit charges may apply in case of cancellation.
12. Final Charges: Final charges will be communicated based on the actual service or repair required and approved by the customer.
13. Acceptance: Booking or approving the service indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
