TOWER AC INSTALLATION

Tower AC installation includes proper positioning, alignment, fitting, and connection of the AC unit at the designated installation location.
The installation area must be ready, accessible, and structurally suitable before the technician arrives.
Standard installation includes basic indoor and outdoor unit installation, where applicable.
Existing materials will be used only if they are suitable and in proper condition.
Additional copper/refrigerant piping, drain piping, insulation, wiring, cables, brackets, stands, or other materials required due to site conditions will be charged separately.
Electrical wiring, new power points, MCB installation, plug/socket replacement, or electrical modifications are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Any new wall opening, drilling, cutting, masonry, fabrication, civil work, or structural modification will be charged separately.
Refrigerant/gas charging, vacuuming, leak testing, or refrigerant-related work is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Transportation, shifting, loading, and unloading of the AC unit are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Additional labour charges may apply for difficult access, excessive installation height, restricted working space, special equipment, or additional manpower.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation location and work area.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak structures, concealed wiring/piping, or defects in the existing installation.
Any defective or damaged component identified during installation will be informed to the customer, and repair or replacement charges will apply separately.
Installation does not cover repair of pre-existing technical issues such as cooling problems, refrigerant leakage, electrical faults, compressor faults, or other defects.
Any additional parts, labour, electrical work, civil work, fabrication, or repair will be carried out only after customer approval.
Final charges may vary depending on the AC model, installation location, accessibility, piping requirements, and actual site conditions.
After installation, basic operational testing will be carried out to verify the AC's functioning.
Payment for additional materials, parts, labour, or services must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
