- Service Scope: Tower AC Jet Foam Service includes inspection and deep cleaning of accessible AC filters, coils, fins, blower area, drain tray, and other applicable components using suitable foam and water-jet cleaning methods.
- Cooling Check: Cooling performance will be checked after the service. Jet foam cleaning does not guarantee resolution of cooling problems caused by gas leakage, compressor faults, electrical issues, or defective components.

- Accessibility: The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the Tower AC, along with electricity and water required for cleaning.
- Pre-existing Damage: The service provider is not responsible for damage or malfunction caused by pre-existing defects, corrosion, weak components, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Water Protection: Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect the surrounding area during cleaning. Customers should remove valuable or water-sensitive items near the AC before service.
- Additional Charges: Any additional repair, replacement, chemical treatment, gas charging, or other work identified during inspection will be performed only after customer approval and may carry additional charges.
- Payment: Service charges are payable as per the agreed quotation/package. Additional approved work will be charged separately.
- Service Warranty: Any applicable service warranty covers only the specific cleaning/service performed and does not cover spare parts, refrigerant leakage, compressor failure, electrical faults, or pre-existing problems.
- Customer Approval: By booking the service, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Note: Actual service inclusions may vary depending on the Tower AC model, condition, accessibility, and selected service package. Similar professional AC cleaning terms commonly distinguish cleaning from repairs, gas refilling, chemical cleaning, and component replacement.
