Terms & Conditions

1. Inspection Charges: Service/inspection charges are applicable and may vary depending on the AC condition and location.
2. Diagnosis: The technician will inspect the Tower AC to identify the possible cause of the no-cooling issue.
3. Repair Cost: Any repair, spare part replacement, gas charging, electrical work, or other additional service will be charged separately after inspection.
4. Gas Leakage: Gas filling does not guarantee cooling if there is a refrigerant leakage or another underlying fault. Leakage repair charges are additional.
5. Spare Parts: Replacement parts, if required, will be charged separately. Availability may affect the repair timeline.
6. No-Cooling Guarantee: Cooling performance depends on the AC's overall condition, refrigerant system, compressor, condenser, filters, electrical components, and installation. No guaranteed cooling result can be provided before proper diagnosis.
7. Customer Approval: No additional repair or replacement work will be carried out without customer approval of the applicable charges.
8. Payment: Payment for completed services and approved additional work is due as per the agreed service terms.
9. Warranty: Any warranty on repair or replaced parts will be applicable only if specifically mentioned on the service invoice.
10. Pre-existing Issues: The service provider is not responsible for unrelated or pre-existing faults discovered during or after the service.
11. Service Area: Additional transportation or visit charges may apply for locations outside the standard service area.
12. Final Billing: The final amount may differ from the initial estimate if additional faults or parts are identified during the service.
