TOWER AC REINSTALLATION

Tower AC reinstallation includes refitting the existing Tower AC indoor and outdoor unit, where applicable, after dismantling or shifting.
The installation area must be ready, accessible, and structurally suitable before the technician arrives.
Existing materials and components will be reused only if they are found to be suitable and in proper condition.
Standard reinstallation includes positioning, alignment, fitting, and connection of the AC unit.
Additional refrigerant piping, drain piping, insulation, wiring, cables, brackets, stands, or other materials required due to site conditions will be charged separately.
Refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, gas charging, leak testing, or refrigerant-related work is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Any new wall opening, drilling, cutting, masonry, fabrication, civil work, or structural modification will be charged separately.
Electrical work, new power points, MCB installation, wiring modification, or electrical accessories are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Transportation, shifting, loading, unloading, and delivery of the AC unit are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Additional labour charges may apply for difficult access, excessive installation height, restricted working space, special equipment, or additional manpower.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the AC installation location and work area.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak structures, concealed wiring/piping, or defects in the existing installation.
Any defective or damaged component identified during reinstallation will be informed to the customer, and repair or replacement charges will apply separately.
Reinstallation does not guarantee resolution of pre-existing problems such as cooling issues, refrigerant leakage, electrical faults, compressor problems, or other technical faults.
Any additional parts, labour, electrical work, civil work, fabrication, or repairs will be carried out only after customer approval.
Final charges may vary depending on the AC model, condition, installation location, accessibility, and actual site requirements.
After reinstallation, basic operational testing will be performed to verify the AC's functioning.
Any issue arising from existing or previously used components will not be considered part of the standard reinstallation service.
Payment for additional materials, parts, labour, or services must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
