VRF Blower Service – Terms & Conditions

1. VRF blower service includes inspection and cleaning of the blower, blower wheel, and other accessible related components of the indoor unit.
2. The service is intended to remove accumulated dust and dirt and help maintain proper airflow and cooling performance.
3. The technician will inspect the indoor unit before starting the service and determine the appropriate cleaning method based on site conditions.
4. Basic operational and airflow testing will be carried out after completion of the service.
5. Blower motor, blower wheel, capacitor, PCB, sensors, wiring, bearings, and other spare parts are not included in the service charges.
6. Replacement of any defective or damaged part will be charged separately as per the applicable quotation.
7. Extensive dismantling of the indoor unit or blower assembly is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
8. Refrigerant/gas charging, leak repair, compressor-related work, PCB repair, electrical work, and other unrelated repairs are not included.
9. Additional labour charges may apply if the VRF indoor unit requires extensive dismantling, difficult access, additional manpower, or special equipment.
10. Ceiling opening, false-ceiling removal/repair, civil work, duct modification, painting, or other site work is not included.
11. The customer must provide safe and clear access to the VRF indoor unit and work area.
12. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed wiring/piping, weak ceiling structures, or defects in the existing installation.
13. Blower cleaning may not resolve issues caused by defective motors, electrical faults, PCB problems, refrigerant issues, blocked ducts, or other mechanical faults.
14. Any additional repair, parts, labour, or other work identified during service will be carried out only after customer approval.
15. Final charges may vary depending on the condition of the VRF system, accessibility, installation type, and actual work required.
16. Payment for additional parts, labour, or repair work must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
