Installation will be carried out as per the approved quotation, site survey, technical specifications, and agreed scope of work.
The customer must provide a suitable and safe location for VRF indoor and outdoor units, along with required electrical power supply.
VRF refrigerant piping, branch joints/headers, insulation, drain piping, wiring, communication cables, supports, and other materials will be provided as per the approved scope.
Any additional piping, wiring, insulation, drain lines, supports, or materials beyond the approved scope will be charged separately.
Proper vacuuming, pressure testing, leak testing, and commissioning will be carried out as applicable to the installation scope.
Refrigerant charging or additional refrigerant required due to extra piping length or site conditions will be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
Electrical panel work, MCB/MCCB, power cabling, earthing, voltage correction, and major electrical modifications are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Ducting, duct modification, false-ceiling work, civil work, core cutting, painting, waterproofing, and structural modifications are excluded unless specifically included.
Scaffolding, crane, lifting equipment, special tools, or additional manpower required for high-rise or difficult-access installation will be charged separately.
The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to all installation areas and ensuring that the site is ready before installation.
Any concealed services, structural obstructions, difficult access, or unforeseen site conditions requiring additional work may result in additional charges.
VRF system design, capacity selection, piping layout, and installation will be based on the approved technical design and site requirements.
Any changes requested by the customer after approval of the installation plan may involve additional material and labour charges.
Testing and commissioning will be completed after installation, subject to availability of proper electrical supply and site readiness.
Any defective existing equipment, piping, wiring, or components identified during installation are not covered under standard installation charges.
The final installation cost may vary depending on actual site conditions, piping length, number of indoor units, installation height, and additional work requirements.
Additional work or material will be carried out only after customer approval.
Installation/service warranty, if applicable, will be as per the terms mentioned in the final invoice, quotation, or warranty document.
