VRF NOT WORKING

  1. Service/inspection charges are applicable as per the selected service plan.
  2. Technician will inspect the VRF system to identify the cause of the unit/system not working.
  3. Electrical faults, MCB, wiring, communication wiring, voltage fluctuations, or external power-supply issues are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  4. Refrigerant/gas leakage checking, pressure testing, and refrigerant charging charges are extra.
  5. Any spare parts required for repair will be charged separately after customer approval.
  6. PCB, compressor, inverter PCB, fan motor, sensors, EEV/TXV, control board, valve, contactor, or other component replacement charges are extra.
  7. Leak repair, brazing, nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant recovery charges are extra, if required.
  8. Communication errors between indoor and outdoor units will be inspected, but required parts or additional repair work will be charged separately.
  9. Drainage blockage, drain pipe replacement, drain pump, or related repairs are chargeable separately.
  10. Scaffolding, crane, lifting equipment, special access equipment, or additional manpower charges are extra, if required.
  11. Any additional work not included in the selected service will require separate approval and charges.
  12. The customer must provide safe and proper access to the VRF indoor and outdoor units.
  13. Repair work will be carried out only after customer approval of the estimated repair cost.
  14. If the issue requires multiple visits, specialist support, software diagnosis, or manufacturer assistance, additional charges may apply.
  15. Warranty, if applicable, will be provided only on replaced parts/workmanship as per the applicable warranty terms.
  16. System performance may depend on installation condition, refrigerant circuit, electrical supply, communication system, connected indoor units, and overall VRF system condition.
