VRF/VRV AC JETFOAM SERVICE

Service Scope: VRF/VRV Foam Jet Service includes inspection and deep cleaning of accessible indoor and outdoor unit components using suitable AC-grade foam cleaning methods.
Cleaning Coverage: Service may include filters, coils, fins, blower/fan assembly, drain tray, drain outlet, grills, and accessible surfaces, depending on the system design and service package.
Pre-Service Inspection: The technician will inspect the system before cleaning. Existing faults, damaged coils, electrical issues, refrigerant leakage, or other defects are not included in the cleaning service.
System Access: The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to all indoor and outdoor units. Scaffolding, special lifting equipment, ceiling opening/closure, or other access arrangements are chargeable separately.
Water & Electricity: Adequate water supply and electrical power must be available at the site during service.
Foam Cleaning: Only suitable AC cleaning chemicals should be used, with appropriate care for coils, fins, electrical components, and surrounding property.
Parts & Repairs: Replacement of PCB, sensors, motors, capacitors, valves, filters, drain pumps, refrigerant components, copper piping, or other spare parts is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Refrigerant/Gas: Gas charging, refrigerant recovery, leak detection, leak repair, vacuuming, and refrigerant replacement are not included in the standard Foam Jet Service and will be charged separately if required.
Performance: Foam Jet cleaning is intended to remove accumulated dirt and improve cleanliness and airflow. It does not guarantee a specific cooling temperature or performance where underlying mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, or installation issues exist.
Pre-Existing Damage: The service provider is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing damage, corrosion, weakened components, blocked drainage, or defects that existed before servicing.
Drainage: Drain cleaning/flush is included only where specified in the selected service package. Major blockage removal or drain-pump repair may attract additional charges.
Commercial/VRF Requirements: VRF/VRV systems may require site inspection because multiple indoor units, outdoor units, and interconnected circuits can make the cleaning scope dependent on the system configuration.
Additional Charges: Any work outside the agreed service scope will be informed to the customer and carried out only after approval.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless different payment terms have been confirmed in writing.
Service Warranty: Any cleaning-related service warranty, if offered, applies only to the specific work performed and does not cover component failure, refrigerant leakage, electrical faults, or pre-existing problems.
Customer Responsibility: The customer must inform the technician about known system faults and provide necessary access and site permissions before work begins.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling should preferably be communicated in advance. Special arrangements or site visits may be subject to applicable charges.
Final Testing: After cleaning, the system will be restarted and basic operation, airflow, drainage, and cooling performance will be checked where site conditions permit. Post-service functionality checks are commonly included in AC cleaning services.
Acceptance: By booking or approving the VRF/VRV Foam Jet Service, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Terms Modification: The service provider reserves the right to update service terms when necessary. Any applicable changes will be communicated before service where required.
