  1. Refrigerant/gas charging charges are extra and depend on the required quantity and refrigerant type.
  2. Any spare parts required for repair will be charged separately.
  3. PCB, compressor, fan motor, sensor, EEV/TXV, valve, coil, wiring, or other component replacement charges are extra.
  4. Leak repair, brazing, nitrogen pressure testing, and vacuuming charges are extra, if required.
  5. Electrical issues, voltage-related problems, drainage issues, and external power-supply problems are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  6. Scaffolding, lifting equipment, crane, special access equipment, or additional manpower charges are extra, if required.
  7. Cooling performance may depend on site conditions, ambient temperature, installation quality, airflow, and connected indoor/outdoor units.
  8. If the issue requires multiple visits or specialist/manufacturer support, additional charges may apply as applicable.
  9. Work will be carried out only after customer approval of the estimated repair cost.
  10. Any additional work or parts not mentioned in the selected service will require separate approval and charges.
  11. The customer must provide safe and accessible working conditions for the technician.
  12. Warranty, if applicable, will be provided only on replaced parts/workmanship as per the applicable warranty terms.
