  • Window AC dismantling includes safe disconnection and removal of the AC unit from its existing installation.
  • Electrical power must be switched off before the dismantling work begins.
  • The technician will inspect the existing installation and determine the appropriate dismantling procedure based on site conditions.
  • Basic disconnection of accessible electrical connections and AC components is included in the service.
  • Transportation, shifting, loading, unloading, or delivery of the AC unit is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
  • Any civil work, wall modification, drilling, cutting, masonry work, or structural repair required during dismantling will be charged separately.
  • Electrical work, additional wiring, cable removal, or modification of electrical connections may incur additional charges.
  • Any refrigerant-related work, gas recovery, or gas charging required during the service will be charged separately unless specifically included.
  • The customer must provide safe and clear access to the AC and work area.
  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak wall structures, concealed wiring, or defects in the existing installation.
  • Additional labour charges may apply if the AC is difficult to access or requires extensive dismantling.
  • Reinstallation of the Window AC is not included in dismantling charges and will be billed separately.
  • Any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper previous installation, or concealed components may require additional repair charges.
  • Final charges may vary depending on the actual site conditions and work required.
  • Payment for additional parts, labour, civil work, electrical work, or other services must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
