Window AC Installation Service – Terms & Conditions
Window AC installation includes positioning and installation of the AC unit in an existing suitable window/wall opening.
The installation area must be ready and suitable for the Window AC before the technician arrives.
Standard installation includes basic fitting, alignment, and connection of the AC as per the applicable installation requirements.
Any new wall opening, cutting, drilling, masonry, fabrication, or civil work required for installation will be charged separately.
Electrical wiring, new power points, MCB installation, voltage stabilizer, plug/socket replacement, or electrical modifications are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Additional copper piping, drain piping, insulation, wiring, brackets, stands, or other materials required due to site conditions will be charged separately.
Any required stand, support frame, grill, or fabrication work will be charged separately.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation location.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak walls/window frames, concealed wiring, concealed piping, or structural defects.
Any repair or modification required to the existing window/wall opening will be treated as additional work.
Gas charging or refrigerant-related work is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
If the AC has an existing refrigerant leak, technical fault, or damaged component, repair/replacement charges will be applicable separately.
Installation charges may vary depending on the AC model, installation height, accessibility, and actual site conditions.
Any additional parts, labour, electrical work, civil work, or fabrication will be carried out only after customer approval.
Transportation, shifting, loading, and unloading of the AC are not included unless specifically mentioned.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the AC is available at the installation site at the scheduled time.
Final installation and testing will be completed after the required connections and installation work are finished.
Payment for additional materials, parts, labour, or services must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
