WINDOW AC REINSTALLTION

Window AC reinstallation includes refitting the AC unit at the same or a new suitable installation location after dismantling.
The installation area must be ready, accessible, and structurally suitable before the technician arrives.
Standard reinstallation includes positioning, alignment, fitting, and connection of the AC unit.
Existing parts and materials will be reused only if they are found to be suitable and in proper condition.
Any new brackets, stands, wiring, drain pipes, insulation, electrical accessories, or other materials required will be charged separately.
Any new wall/window opening, cutting, drilling, masonry, fabrication, or civil work will be charged separately.
Electrical wiring, new power points, MCB installation, plug/socket replacement, or electrical modifications are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Refrigerant/gas charging, leak repair, or refrigerant-related work is not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
If refrigerant piping or connections require repair, replacement, extension, or modification, additional charges will apply.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation location.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak walls/window frames, concealed wiring, concealed piping, or structural defects.
Any defective AC component identified during reinstallation will be reported to the customer, and repair or replacement will be charged separately.
Transportation, shifting, loading, and unloading of the AC are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Additional labour charges may apply for difficult access, excessive installation height, restricted working space, or special equipment requirements.
Any additional parts, labour, electrical work, civil work, fabrication, or repair will be carried out only after customer approval.
Reinstallation charges may vary depending on the AC condition, installation location, accessibility, and actual work required.
After reinstallation, basic operational testing will be carried out to verify the AC's functioning.
Any issue arising from existing or previously used components will not be considered part of the standard reinstallation service.
Payment for additional materials, parts, labour, or services must be made as per the applicable quotation/invoice.
